a letter I had to write

well here is what has become of them. A letter I had to write to my principal this morning.

Mr. D,

This is going to sound a bit sill but I did call my department head and she said I should let you know what has happened. Me being the sweet tooth that I am, I had a bag of skittles and a bag of chocolates in my desk drawer that I purchased Wednesday morning. When I came in today there were  chocolate wrappers on my desk, I thought this odd because I don’t leave wrappers on my desk. So I got to looking at them and there are 3 wrappers when I know that I have only eaten 2 of these chocolates (trying to curb that sweet tooth) so I open the desk drawer and the bag of skittles is also open (it is resealable, I opened it but had resealed it). So it is something as small as candy theft but maybe who ever cleaned my room last night is also taking things from other teachers. I also feel that I need to dispose of the skittles as a custodians hand was in the bag, I have no idea if they washed their hands after using the restroom and now I certainly don’t feel as if I can share them with my students as I had intended to do next week as they took their finals. This was a 6-7 dollar bag of candy that now I feel as if I have to through away.
